A Letter of Thanks

Dear Temple of Alexandria Society,

Thank you so much for the help you provided with my utilities recently. It made getting through the Christmas season so much easier for myself and my family. Christmas is such a stressful time (financially) at the best of times and it was even more stressful to think that I might have my electricity cut off.

It is comforting to know that not every agency/organization in this huge city is cold and unwelcoming. Your people really made us feel that we were accepted as individuals and that you truly wanted to help people in need.
